Shandong is a district 1550 Kilometers north of Hong Kong, an area renowned for its traditional Chinese cuisine. 

Dongying is one of the main cities of the Shandong province famous for its Crab. The local crabs are also referred to as patterned crabs because of the distinct red, brown, and black patterns on their two hard shells. The crab meat is white, and tastes refreshing and delicious. You will often find them stir-fried, steamed, or boiled

 

Dalian is a vibrant city 2000 Kilometers north of Hong Kong, situated on the East coast. This wonderful city is famous for its fresh fish which is caught daily and dished up fresh to the many thousands of visitors from all around the world.
